By creating an account and using the f7f7 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and f7f7.

Users who attempt to circumvent age verification, provide false identification, or misrepresent their age will have their accounts immediately terminated and any funds forfeited.
The f7f7 platform is designed for and primarily serves users who are residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by local law. While f7f7 operates under an international gaming license, users are solely responsible for ensuring their participation complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction of residence.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction. You confirm that you are not subject to any legal incapacity, bankruptcy proceedings, or other conditions that would prevent you from entering into this agreement.
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) account with f7f7. Creating multiple accounts, using accounts registered in another person's name, or attempting to circumvent account restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
All users must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal. You will be required to provide a valid government-issued ID (Indonesian KTP or Passport), proof of address dated within the last three months, and a selfie holding your ID. f7f7 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate security. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not.
The name on your f7f7 account must match the name on your government-issued ID and your bank account or payment method. Discrepancies will delay or prevent withdrawals until resolved through additional verification procedures. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
f7f7 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Danamon, Permata Bank, BSI), e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT). All deposits are processed instantly and credited to your account balance within minutes. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment methods may impose their own transaction limits.
Withdrawals are processed 24/7, including weekends and public holidays. The average processing time is 5-15 minutes for verified accounts. First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000; the maximum per transaction is Rp 50,000,000. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

We reserve the right to request additional documentation, delay withdrawals, or refuse transactions that appear suspicious or inconsistent with normal betting patterns. You must wager deposited funds at least once before requesting a withdrawal, except in cases where f7f7 terminates your account for reasons unrelated to bonus abuse or fraud.
f7f7 offers various bonuses and promotions to users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and special tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and game restrictions. Bonus terms are clearly disclosed at the time of each promotion and may vary between offers.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before funds can be withdrawn. A typical wagering requirement is 20x to 40x the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires Rp 3,000,000 in total bets before withdrawal. Wagering contributions vary by game type (slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute less). Only bets placed with bonus funds count toward wagering requirements.
f7f7 reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void winnings, and close accounts in cases of bonus abuse. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, colluding with other users, using betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without risk, or exploiting technical errors or bugs. All determinations of bonus abuse are at f7f7's sole discretion.
All bets placed on f7f7 are subject to acceptance by our system. f7f7 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of: obvious pricing errors, technical glitches, suspected fraud or collusion, irregular betting patterns, or bets that exceed our maximum payout limits. Once a bet is confirmed and appears in your bet history, it is considered accepted.
Sports bets are settled based on official results from recognized governing bodies (FIFA, UEFA, AFC, national football federations, etc.). Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent testing laboratories. In cases where official results are disputed or unavailable, f7f7 reserves the right to delay settlement or void bets. Settlement decisions are final unless an obvious error occurred.
The maximum payout per bet slip is Rp 500,000,000. The maximum payout per day per user is Rp 1,000,000,000. These limits apply to combined winnings across all bet types and games. Winnings exceeding these limits will be capped at the maximum amount.

Upon account termination, any remaining account balance attributable to legitimate deposits and winnings will be returned to you, minus any bonuses, pending bets, or amounts obtained through fraudulent activity. f7f7's decision to terminate an account is final.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Accounts with pending bets or active bonuses cannot be closed until those obligations are settled. Voluntary account closure does not release you from any outstanding obligations under these Terms and Conditions.
While f7f7 strives to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, server outages, or circumstances beyond our control. f7f7 is not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, provided we act in good faith to restore service as quickly as possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, f7f7's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your account in the six months preceding the claim, minus any withdrawals made during that period.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless f7f7, its operators, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms and Conditions, (b) your violation of any applicable law or regulation, or (c) your infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which f7f7 is licensed. In the event of any conflict between these terms and applicable law, the law shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.
In the event of a dispute between you and f7f7, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, you agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. Any arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely achieves the intended economic effect.
f7f7 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to users via email or prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before taking effect. Your continued use of f7f7 after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account and cease using the platform.
